Speech Language Pathologist
(Jefferson County and surrounding)
Conduct screenings to assess a client's speech and swallowing challenges. Evaluate and diagnose speech, language and communication disorders. Develop an appropriate treatment plan and provide rehabilitation or communication strategies.

Current, unrestricted speech-language pathologist license as approved by the appropriate licensing agent

Current ASHA certification

A new graduate SLP-CF must have a letter from ABESPA indicating he/she is able to start treating.

A student working towards graduating is welcome to apply at any time, but the above requirements must be in place before an ST can start working.

Occupational Therapist
(Jefferson County and surrounding)
Conduct screenings to assess a client's fine motor and sensory delays. Evaluate and diagnose fine motor and sensory disorders. Develop an appropriate treatment plan and provide rehabilitation or sensory strategies.

Current, unrestricted occupational therapist license as approved by the employee’s state licensing board

Current NBCOT certification

A student working towards graduating is welcome to apply at any time, but the above requirements must be in place before an OT can start working.

Physical Therapist
(Lonoke, White, Jefferson County and surrounding)
Conduct screenings to assess a client's gross motor delays. Evaluate and diagnose gross motor disorders. Develop an appropriate treatment plan and provide rehabilitation or sensory strategies.

Current, unrestricted physical therapist license as approved by the employee’s state licensing board
